Dallas Defense Sacks Eli 8 Times

Dallas beat the NFC East rival The New York Giants 20-8 and kept them in the number one wild card spot for another week. The Dallas defense had 8 sacks and 2 interceptions that kept Giants from scoring a touchdown all game since 2004. Dallas defense just playing exceptionally well. Romo threw 2 touchdowns, 244 yards but was obviously a little banged up from back to back sacks earlier in the game but showed heart and didn't miss a snap. Whitten had 5 catches for 44 yards, and Owens had 3 catches for 38 yards but Choice was the star of the game. He had 91 yards on 9 carries, and was also the top reciever with 52 yards on 4 catches. If Dallas wins its last 2 games they will guarantee themselves a playoff spot but that wont be easy. They play the Ravens (9-5) on Saturday then close out the season with the Eagles. Dallas is now 9-5.

Dallas Gives Away Game In 7 Minutes

I usually every week post the results of the Dallas game no matter a win or loss, but this week pissed me off. They had the win and in the last 7 mins of the game they gave it all away with 17 unanswered points. I am very disappointed with them and didn't even bother to post a blog about it right away. The Steelers have the best defensive in the NFL and the Cowboys were playing right back with them. The Dallas D performed exceptionally well. The best I think we have ever seen them. Romo seems to love to choke in big games, throwing bad passes and interception when we dont need them the most. Dallas 3rd string running back Choice, rushed for the most yards allowed by Pittsburgh all season. Final score 13-20 all lost in the 4th quarter of the game. Dallas needs a must win agaisnt division rival Giants or it will be the second year in a row the Giants have ended the Cowboys season and would love nothing more than to do so. Cowboys move to 8-5 and need a win to make the playoffs or its goodbye till next year.

UPS finally delivered my XBOX to my door step today around 5:45pm. I am pleased to say the least. It took a total of about 15 days to get it back. I didn't get my same console back but a refurbished one. Hopefully not, but until next time...
